Pre Season Training

We will be holding free pre season training to registered juniors in the U10, U12, U14 and U16 age groups. It is esential to book a place prior to attending, please contact Stewert Walker on 0411 236 056, to confirm your place.

Sessions will be held at Casurina Oval, Alfords Point with dates and times to be confirmed.

Holiday Training Camps

This season we will be holding a training camp for the Under 10s to Under 16s in July, October and January. These camps will proceed based on interest level. The July training will be held on Sunday 23rd July from 12 till 3pm and be held at Casuarina Oval at Alfords Point.

Details are as follows: 

Under 10's - 12pm - 1pm

Under 12's - 1pm - 2pm

Under 14's - 2pm - 3pm

Girls Stage 1 and 2 - 2pm - 3pm

Under 16's - 3pm - 4pm
