This season the club will be holding all grading sessions at the cricket nets at Casuarina Oval. It is important that all players attend their grading session promptly at the designated time. The club will obviously use previous performances to assist in grading players. However, the grading session is essential to ensure that players are placed in teams, which best match their individual skills and abilities. Age group sessions are as follows:
Come along to Coachwood Oval, Alfords Point for a Sausage Sandwich and a drink to find out what team you have been placed into, who the Coach and Manager are, where and when training will be for your Team. This will also be available on our web site from Monday evening 18th August 2008 U8’s - 2:00pm U10’s - 2:45pm U12’s - 3:30pm U14’s - 4:15pm U16’s - 5:00pm
Competition commences on Saturday 12th September 2009 to Saturday 19th December 2009. (There will be no play on the middle Saturday of the Sept / Oct School holidays) Competition recommences Saturday 30th January 2010 to Saturday 6th March 2010. Finals Saturday 13th March 2010 to Sunday 14th March 2010. Rep. Cricket selections will be held on Sunday 13th and Sunday 20st of September 2009.
CAPS Caps will be on sale at grading days or Kingsgrove Sports at Menai. PLAYING SHIRTS Our coloured playing shirts is our permanent club uniform. Shirts are available through Kingsgrove Sports at Menai. PANTS White cricket pants are to be worn, these are also available at Kingsgrove Sports. HELMETS Helmets are compulsory! Helmets are supplied in the team kit but we suggest that if possible children should have their own helmets.
