Presentation Day
Our 2009/10 junior presentation will be held on Sunday 2nd May 2010 at Menai High School starting at 9:30.
All awards will be presented and a bbq after at the school.
Senior presentation will be on Friday April 30th at Bangor Tavern.
Annual General Meeting
All member, players and parents are advised that the Annual General Meeting for
the Illawong Menai Cricket Club, Inc will be held on Tuesday 16th March 2010. The
meeting will start at 7:30pm at Coachwood Oval Alfords Point.
The committee will be at the hall from 7pm so as to assist with the return of Team
kits, balls, score boxes, score books, G1 keys etc.
We are looking for people to help out on committee. We have a good group of hard
working volunteers but we can use some extra people as some are not seeking re-election.

Zane is da bomb!
Zane Pratt from our 12A’s with the Audio Australia Award for his outstanding round 8 bowling performance of 4 wickets for 20 runs. Congratulations Zane!
Indoor Cricket
IMCC Congratulates Steven Smith.
Last Friday night Illawong Menai Cricket Club Junior, Steven Smith played his first game for the Australian Cricket team.
Steven was part of the victorious T20 Team that, in a close game, beat Pakistan by 2 runs in the last over.
Steven scored 8 runs and bowled 4 overs 2/32, a fantastic debut.
Steven played all his junior cricket with Illawong, from the 8(3)'s in 1994, the 10D1's in 1996 where he scored 10 runs for the season and had 12 wickets at 5.75.
Steven played 11 years with us until he finished the 16A's in 2008 with a total of 2399 runs and 100 wickets.
Dreams do come true, IMCC 10D's to Australia.
Harry Robins Trophy
This was the game between the IMCC and Engadine 16A's from Round 7 which was played for the Harry Robins Trophy. Our 16A's had a good win after two looses to Engadine this year.
